I train people in the comfort of their own homes and outside in nearby parks using a combination of cardiovascular and resistance techniques with proven results. Many people spend hours in the gym and notice little change. I will help you to train as efficiently as possible and work within your schedule and lifestyle.
Initial consultations usually begin with discussing your motivation and coming up with a set of realistic and achievable goals. I will also carry out a fitness consultation and posture analysis so as to design a training plan to suit your individual needs. Following that we will meet as often or little as you like to train together, add variety and monitor results.
Good nutrition is essential for optimum fitness. I can offer advice and support with eating habits and diet, in as little or as much detail as you wish in order to make your training program more effective.
